Answer:
Yes. The iPad is being given to you and you are therefore responsible for it. Insurance would be recommended.
However, if you withdraw from your minimum two Level I Science courses before the Census Date* (August 31st), you will be required to return the iPad to the Faculty of Sciences.
*Please Note: Census Date is last day to withdraw without incurring liability for student contributions or tuition fees
